Privacy Policy – Bitemo

Data stored by the app
Bitemo does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. We have no servers and no accounts, and the app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking.
Your meals, photos, stickers, and notes are stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled, they sync through your own private iCloud account (Apple CloudKit). We cannot access this data.
Permissions
- Camera and photos – to capture meal photos and save images you choose to share. Photos are processed on your device.
- Location (while in use) – to suggest nearby places when you log a meal or look for food. Location is used on your device with Apple Maps and is not stored on any server of ours.
- Notifications – for reminders you set up in the app.
Third parties
The app uses Apple services (iCloud, Apple Maps), which are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. If you choose to open directions in Google Maps, that service's privacy policy applies.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes data stored on your device. You can remove iCloud data in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
